I bought a vehicle for my daugher/son but the paperwork and service contract is in my name. Does that void my warranty?
No. As long as ownership on the vehicles paperwork has not changed, your service contract is in-force. If a claim is called in on that vehicle and we are directed to reimburse the customer, the payment will be made out to the contract holders name and sent to that address.
