status of your service contract application, it is easy to verify whether or not your contract application has been
accepted. Simply fill in the information requested by the form below and click submit to log in to our customers resource center.
If you would like to either extend or renew your service
contract we request that you contact our customer

| Extend:
If your acceptance date is within that past 15 days, your may be eligible to add more time and/or miles to
your service contracts limitations at a discounted rate. If you do not meet the eligibility to "extend"
your service contract, you may still be able to add more time by "renewing" your service

| Renew:
If you are past the 15 days of your acceptance date and/or your eligibility
doesn't allow you to "extend" your service contract, you may still add more time and/or miles to
your service contract by "renewing" it. If you should choose to renew your service contract, it must be
renewed before that expiration date of your service contract. We cannot renew a service contract once it has
